The Story of Kestlemerris Farm Campsite
Kestlemerris Farm is a beautiful unspoilt place of natural outstanding beauty. The 40+ acres of the farm is a SSSI site (site of special scientific interest) and is an ancient Celtic settlement site.
Up until the mid ‘80’s’ Kestlemerris was a dairy farm and we believe had been since the 17th century. The old milk block that was used for the churns is still at the entrance of the drive and is now used to support our Kestlemerris sign.
The farm is in the beautiful Lizard Peninsula and has sea views of the beautiful little fishing harbour of Coverack which is approximately a mile and a half away and which has a beautiful beach ideal for family’s and children.
Our family have owned the farm since 2019. We are an animal loving family with rescue dogs, pet sheep, horses, chickens and our lovely bronze turkey Colin.
We are a small friendly campsite with 21 pitches with optional EHU. Separate men’s and womens shower and toilet blocks with a separate kitchen wash up area and a toilet emptying point. We also have fresh drinking water points that is pumped straight from our very own water bore here on the farm.
There are lots of beautiful coastal walks that can be done straight from the farm where you will see some of the most breathtakingly views of the south west coastal paths.
